The core of Orcoli is its community, and that is continually reinforced by the content we allow on our site. With this in mind, we have created a few guidelines to help everyone understand what we're looking for from our community members.
We expect all our users to follow these guidelines and we reserve the right to reject any posts and/or terminate any member’s account that we feel falls outside the guidelines below:

Real rating from real people — All rating and reviews must come from an individual who shares professional relationship with the feedback recipient. Posts that are suspected to be bogus in any way will not be approved and posted on the site. Stay balanced — This is not a rule but a suggestion. We believe there's something positive about every employee, and thus we suggest you to think about your colleagues from a few perspectives. Stay neat — We're trying to encourage a healthy and constructive feedback about employees, so posts that include malicious or defamatory personal attacks (by name, title, or association) or are intended to spread rumors or incite reactions will not be approved and posted on the site. Stay calm — Reviews that include venting, obscenities, or aggressive or discriminatory language will not be approved. Stay relevant — Posts that do not relate to your colleague, or are off topic will not be approved and posted on the site. Remember your grammar — Your writing doesn't have to be perfect, but we expect you to make an effort. Posts using excessively poor grammar and/or spelling, or improper formatting, capitalization, or punctuation will not be approved.
