1.The awards are based ONLY on “Colleague’s choice” i.e. the winners will be selected by individuals who know their colleagues the best
2.Selection criteria will be Ratings, Number of ratings, Ratings across different categories i.e. Manager, Peer and Subordinate and comments across all the three categories i.e. Continue doing, start doing, and stop doing
