However, most of the times we somehow don’t provide feedback for various reasons. In our quest to solve this problem, we thought of Orcoli…a platform to give anonymous feedback.

Orcoli is a platform where you can ANONYMOUSLY provide feedback to your Boss, Colleagues, Team members, etc.

Anonymous : With Orcoli, be rest assured that your name will be kept confidential. There is NO asteric mark attached. When you provide feedback to fellow professional, your ratings and reviews will be visible to your colleague; however, your name will always be kept secret. This is done to encourage members to provide candid feedback to their colleagues.

Private / Public: Orcoli understands that feedback can be very personal to every individual and they may prefer to keep it to themselves. Thereby, Orcoli empowers every member to keep their feedback either as ‘Private’ or ‘Public’.
By default, system keeps every feedback as private i.e. only visible to the receiver. If a member decides to share that feedback with the world, s/he have to manually select ‘Public’.
